William Lim - Chief Advisor, Wind, Danish Energy Agency

Biography: William Lim has been part of the wind industry since 2008 and has broad insights to the global wind market and industry dynamics – particularly from the perspective of the wind turbine manufacturers.
William is currently with the Danish Energy Agency where he holds the position as Japan Programme Leader as well as Wind Sector Expert in Danish-US partnership programme. Prior to this, William was part of the Agency’s Energy Island Programme in charge of the commercial work stream.

Tuuli Kaskinen - CEO, Climate Leadership Coalition

Biography: Tuuli Kaskinen CEO of Climate Leadership Coalition. She has developed 1.5°C strategies with companies and has been actively shaping climate policies for 20 years. Before joining CLC Kaskinen worked as a chief executive in think tank Demos Helsinki. In addition to her duties at CLC, Kaskinen is vice chair of the board at University of Turku.

Gina Aspelin Hedbring - Head of Division for International Affairs, IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute

Biography: For many years Mrs. Gina Aspelin Hedbring has been leading different initiatives, many about driving development within sustainable and smart cities. Currently she is the manager for the international business at IVL the Swedish environmental research institute including being the project manager from Smart City Sweden as well heading up the international strategy at one of Sweden’s strategic innovation projects; Water Wise Societies.
